Nothing says summertime quite like craft beer, smokin’ hot barbeque and blues music, and you’ll definitely find plenty of each at the first-ever Blues, Brews and ‘Que event here in Plano. The festival takes over Oak Point Park on Saturday, June 17, so mark your calendars now!

Presented by the Plano Rotary Club, this inaugural festival is sure to be a hit among local families looking to soak up some sun and enjoy some good ol’ Dallas-style fun. Delicious barbeque, courtesy of Pit Commander and Triple G BBQ, will be available for purchase throughout the event. Adults 21 and over can also indulge in craft beverages from local favorites Nine Band Brewery and Tupps Brewery.

There will also be a great spread of live blues musicians performing all festival long. Musical guests include Beth Garner, Wanda King, Jason Elmore, Rev. K.M. Williams, with the legendary Eric Gales headlining the event.

Tickets start at $15-20 for general admission, and can be purchased online now. Proceeds from the event go to supporting the Plano Rotary Foundation for Education, so don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to support our community!
