Spies for the automotive website Autoblog have spotted camouflaged prototypes of the all-new Volvo S90 sedan. As one of the models coming out with the new round of Volvo cars, the S90 is a bold statement from the automaker as it moves to provide both luxury and simplicity to its customers.

As we've told you before, Volvo is retooling its entire line and replacing it with a “3X3 Strategy.” The S90 is set to be a part of the new "90-series" of Volvo cars that includes the very popular XC90 SUV. The sedan will replace the current S80 and will showcase the fascinating new direction that Volvo is taking its line of cars.

Spy shots of the sedan show off the car’s basic structure that includes a grille that is reminiscent of its XC90 cousin. The car will also boast features found on Volvo’s Concept Estate concept car, such as its T-shaped headlamps, floating grille mount and strong rear shoulders. It looks like the car will also be getting a fun taillight design that is sure to set it apart from other premium sedans.

We’ve heard no official word on when the S90 will make its way to Dallas, but hopefully we’ll have it on our lot by early next year. To learn more about the S90 or about any of Volvo’s new models, stop by Volvo of Dallas today!
