Performance

Regardless of whether you choose the Core or Plus, you have two options for the powertrain with the Volvo EX30. One is the Single Motor Extended Range configuration, which gives you one electric motor with a power output of 268 horsepower and up to 253 pound-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive is standard with this configuration. You will also get an estimated range of 257-261 miles. The single-motor layout is the only option with the Core. The other option with the Plus is a dual-motor configuration, which uses two electric motors for a power output of 422 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive comes with this configuration, and you’ll get 250-253 miles of projected electric range.

Appearance

The Core and Plus both feature a sleek and contemporary Scandinavian design on the outside. The Core has 18-inch wheels and automatic LED headlights. It also has heated side mirrors and dynamic approach lighting. With the Plus you’ll get slightly larger 19-inch wheels, along with a power liftgate for safety and convenience.

Features

Inside, both the Core and the Plus have much to enjoy. The Core trim is equipped with a digital key entry system, which allows you to use your smartphone as a key to enter and drive the car.
