What's New for the 2023 Volvo XC40?

Last year's available turbo four-cylinder powertrains have been replaced with new ones, which feature a 48-volt hybrid system. This change helps promote an even better blend of power and efficiency. However, all-wheel-drive versions of the SUV received a stronger B5 mild-hybrid powertrain. Output increases to 247 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. Not only does the XC40 deliver responsive performance, but it's also capable of towing up to 3,500 pounds.
